In a highly competitive IT-recruiting market, our main objective was to build awareness for IT jobs within the organization and drive qualitative leads towards the open vacancies.
The Hidden Job Offer ran on Jobat, Belgium’s biggest recruitment website with more than 2.5 mio monthly visitors. However, we didn’t advertise our vacancy within the regular job listings of the site, but hid it deep into the source code of the website, only to be found by the best IT professionals.
